  It’s not very pleasant – basically they break your legs and then they put them in a brace that stretches your leg and forces your bones to grow back longer… it’s hard, painful and takes a long time!!

Or if you have scoliosis (curvature of the spine) they basically add metal rods and screws and bone graft, I grew 3 inches because of it!!
