Question: do you think there will ever be a cure for type 1 diabetes?

I hope so, if it happens it’ll probably be in the form of genetic therapy. To be honest though we deal with type 1 diabetes pretty well already, people born with diabetes can live just as long as other people these days. It wasn’t very long ago that people weren’t expected to survive much beyond their 20s.
