  HIV is a virus that can only be transmitted through direct transfer of bodily fluid (and then only specific types)… so you can get it if someone’s infected blood mixes with yours (e.g. by sharing a needle injection) or through unprotected sex… but you can’t get generally get it from kissing and definitely not from touch or clothes or the air or anything like that…
