  You probably wouldn’t die but you would get painful bloating and possibly alochol poisoning since yeast turns sugar into alcohol… but raw yeast can kill small pets who are less able to cope with the effects!
  
  A plant wouldn’t be able to grow in your stomach (since it’s very acidic) but you can get growths in your lungs! in fact a man in America was rushed to hospital with lung problems and it turned a pea plant was growing in his lung!!
