• Question: What is the most rewarding thing for you from doing your research?

      Alot of my work is focussed on helping really young children with burns injuries. My group works alot with the childrens department at Frenchay hospital in Bristol – so I suppose the most rewarding part of my job is talking to doctors, nurses and patients and finding that scientific research like ours can make a really big difference to normal people!

      I think I’d echo Jess – the most rewarding thing for me is when doctors tell me that my research is helping them make patients’ lives better…
