• Question: what would ahppen to us if there were no trees or plants

      things would be bad!

      Firstly, plants provide us with oxygen by photosynthesis – and without we’d run out of oxygen. And the most important plant for this is actually algae that live in the sea! These algae are thought to generate up to 80% of the oxygen in the atmosphere!!

      Secondly, if there were no plants, we wouldn’t be able to eat anything… we couldn’t eat veg & fruit and we couldn’t eat animals because they’d die without plants to eat…

      So basically, it would be a disaster. But then again, anything that killed off the plants would most likely have killed humans off too!
