• Question: why does coke fizz up if you and mentos to it

      apparently this is because mentos have little pockets on their surface (they’re not smooth) and this, combined with other ingredients in the mentos, reacts with the coke to relearse carbon dioxide very quickly – carbon dioxide is the gas that’s put into drinks to make them fizzy…
