In some weird and crazy way I would be inclined to say YES! In the same way we saw in Jurassic Park (with a few tweeks) I think in the future genetics and genetic engineering will be advanced enough that we could bring extinct animals back to life – even dinosaurs! We are already at the point now that we can clone animals (see Dolly the sheep) and also grow different animals inside a ‘carrier’ animal – scientists have managed to grow a trout from salmon parents.

I suppose the question we now need to ask is not ‘Can we breed dinosaurs’ but ‘Should we breed dinosaurs’. The world that they came from was millions of years ago and not populated by 7 million humans. If we breed them, they need somewhere to live, with the right food which could prove tricky.
